1903
Wright brothers make the first flight on December 17, 1903 – it lasted only 12 seconds, but it changed the future for all mankind.

1987
A little girl looked up at the sky and wished that she could go to space.
2000
She pursued studies in math, science and ultimately in aerospace engineering to contribute to the aerospace industry in every way possible. Graduated with a M.A.Sc. from UTIAS – University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies. After many months of learning and working, thesis project completed on high temperature effects on a hypersonic body.
2008
First establishment and implementation of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) for custom design and build machinery for automotive industry. QMS maintenance and supplier audits completed for the next 4 years.
2012
Founding of DAGMA Inc. – a Business Management Consulting firm – with an objective to aid organizations across different industries excel in their business. Implementation of aerospace and quality management system standards commences for various organizations.
2014
DAGMA Inc. acquires additional process improvement experience & training and begins partnerships with other industry specialists in order to expand its services. Implementation of environmental and health and safety management systems standards is now offered. First Process Improvement and Internal Auditor Training courses are established. Auditing, maintenance and implementations of aerospace and quality management systems continue to grow.
2015
DAGMA Inc. continues to grow, acquires new resources, further expands its list of training courses and new workshops are introduced. Auditing, maintenance and implementations of aerospace, quality, environmental and health and safety management systems continue. Implementation work always results with registration of organizations on their first attempt – a perfect record to date.
