The AS9100D revision was officially released in 2016, and as of June 1, 2017 all external audits must take place to the latest version. Each registered organization must update to AS9100D before AS9100C expires on September 18, 2018. There are significant changes in the standard that will require planning and resources for this transition. Don’t delay!

. Complete a Gap Analysis to AS9100D
. Provide Top Management Training
. Address Gaps and Implement changes
. Train all remaining employees (for awareness)
. Complete an internal audit to AS9100D
. Hold Management Review to new requirements
. Prepare for external audit!
