Option 1 — December 14 Only: ISO9001 Requirements Training · $500 + HST
A one-day intensive course covering the full ISO9001:2026 standard requirements — ideal for quality professionals, team leaders, and anyone who needs to understand ISO9001 without conducting formal audits.
- Introduction to Quality Management Systems & ISO9001:2026 structure
- Clauses 4–10: full requirements walkthrough (Context, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operations, Performance, Improvement)

Option 2 — December 14–15: ISO9001 Internal Auditor Training · $1,000 + HST
A two-day comprehensive program for those who want to both understand the standard AND learn how to plan, conduct, and report internal audits. Includes everything in Day 1 plus a full internal auditor certification day.
- Day 1: Full ISO9001:2026 Requirements (same as Option 1)
- Day 2: Internal auditing principles (ISO 19011), audit planning & preparation
- Conducting audits: opening meeting, gathering objective evidence, identifying non-conformances
- Writing audit findings, closing meeting & audit report
- Corrective action follow-up and verification
- Hands-on audit exercises

Option 3 — December 15 Only: ISO9001 Internal Auditor Training · $500 + HST
A one-day intensive course focused on practical internal-auditing skills — ideal for experienced ISO9001 practitioners who want to plan, conduct, and report effective internal audits without attending Day 1.
- Internal auditing principles (ISO 19011)
- Audit planning, scope, criteria, schedule & checklist preparation
- Conducting audits: process techniques, sampling & gathering objective evidence
- Identifying and documenting non-conformances & observations
- Writing audit findings, closing meetings & audit reports
- Corrective-action follow-up & hands-on audit exercises
Recommended for participants who already understand ISO9001 requirements.

Day 1 – December 14: ISO9001:2026 Requirements (both options)
- Introduction to Quality Management Systems
- ISO9001:2026 Standard Structure & High Level Structure (HLS)
- Clause 4: Context of the Organization — internal/external issues, interested parties, scope
- Clause 5: Leadership — top management commitment, quality policy, roles & responsibilities
- Clause 6: Planning — risks & opportunities, quality objectives
- Clause 7: Support — resources, competence, awareness, communication, documented information
- Clause 8: Operation — operational planning, design & development, control of processes
- Clause 9: Performance Evaluation — monitoring, internal audit, management review
- Clause 10: Improvement — nonconformity, corrective action, continual improvement
Day 2 – December 15: Internal Auditor (two-day option only)
- Principles of internal auditing (ISO 19011)
- Audit program management
- Audit planning: scope, criteria, schedule, checklist preparation
- Conducting the audit: opening meeting, process audit techniques, sampling
- Gathering and evaluating audit evidence
- Identifying and documenting non-conformances & observations
- Closing meeting & audit report writing
